When Venetian, Remiro Bresolin came to New Zealand nearly thirty years ago, he introduced the capital to its first real taste of Italian life. At a central city site on the corner of Tory and Jessie streets, he established what would become an iconic Wellington landmark. The Il Casino restaurant and bar was a mecca for food lovers and lovers of life.
