 Patent 326 comprises three buildings of exceptional design with flexibility in mind. Inside, every need has been
anticipated with quality fittings, gas cooking, heated bathroom floors, F & P appliances, electronic security and
broadband internet connection. There are three choices of professionally designed interiors and finishing options
for you to choose from. An example of the intelligent planning is the car parking. With the clever use of car
stacking, the development will be able to offer the unique advantage of one, two or three car accommodation.
The largest building, Semaphore, will be set away from the adjacent hillside that rises up from the northern edge of
the site. It will contain seven loggia and 15 dual level apartments as well as eight penthouses with the versatility and
