    Single phase distribution board located within each unit.

    Ventilation Systems
    Bathroom and laundry extract by fan in ceiling duded to exterior. Kitchens provided with kitchen hood extract fan ducted to the exterior.

    Hot Water Cylinders
    Each apartment has a mains pressure hot water cylinder with fast recovery 3 kW electric elements. Cylinder capacities:

    Gas
    The possibility of providing gas hot water heating is currently being investigated. Purchasers will be kept informed as to any developments in this regard.
